Refund policy

At Athlete Area, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund policy allows for hassle-free returns under the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Used, assembled, or damaged items not due to shipping issues.
  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Digital products, gift cards, and downloadable materials.

3. Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request – Contact our customer service team with your order details.
  2. Receive Return Authorization – We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
  • If the order has already shipped, customers must follow the return process.
