1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Used, assembled, or damaged items not due to shipping issues.
  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Digital products, gift cards, and downloadable materials.

3. Return Process

  • Submit a Return Request – Contact our customer service team with your order details via support@athletearea.com.
  • Receive Return Authorization – We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
  • Ship Your Return – Package the item securely with all original materials and include the RMA.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
  • Return shipping for damaged or defective items is free of charge.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
  • If the order has already shipped, customers must follow the return process.

6. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 2 business days.
  • After inspection, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

7. Return Shipping

  • Free Returns: We offer free return shipping for all defective and non-defective items and for items returned due to customer dissatisfaction within the 7-day return window.

8. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the exchanged item has a different price, you will be charged or refunded the difference.
